Diane was totally dedicated to helping us sell our home. She gave great advice on how to "show" it. Diane kept us informed during the entire process. She is extremely driven, professional, personable and sensitive to the emotional thoughts and needs of the seller. We had complete confidence and trust in her to sell our home. My husband, Geno, and I consider her a friend. We are hoping she will be visiting us in our new home in Florida.

Diane guided us through all the processes of selling our home. Helped us in how to present our home. Informed us as soon as possible when the home would be shown. Contacted and scheduled all businesses that was needed in bring our home up to buyers expectations. Was at our home when we could not be there to let workmen in. The closing of our home went very smoothly. Diane did all the paper work through the computer as we had moved before the closing date and did not attend that meeting. When every I called Diane she either answered the phone immediately or was back to me within minutes. She answered all my questions no matter how trivial they were and made me feel comfortable depending on her as she is so knowledgeable.
