***Would NOT recommend Diane to anyone*** This is NOT a recommendation If you are looking for a hard-working realtor who will be HONEST and open, providing full-disclosure for your rental/purchase search, I highly advise you look elsewhere. Diane lied to me in person, in phone conversation, and via text message (so I have documentation of her outright lie). She also lied to my mother about the same scenario. We now have an additional payment of ~$100/month that was NOT budgeted before we signed the dotted line, because we listened to her. In attempts at remedying the situation, Diane refused to call us back from our voicemails we left, did not answer her texts. So we called her office - her secretary would always "pass along the message"... but as you can imagine, we never heard back. We then decided to go above and beyond, and communicated with her superior... who asked us to call her/text her --> of which her "inbox was full" so we couldn't leave voicemails... and she also never responded to a text. Here we are, stuck. Thanks, Diane & Co.
