Diane Hayes took great care of us, from beginning to end. We were moving to NC from Virginia and had started our search online. Diane helped us refine our search based on her understanding of what we were looking for and her keen knowledge of the area. We visited the area to tour homes and in a day had toured many great homes that met our criteria, but fell in love with the last one of the day--the perfect match of home and neighborhood. From there, Diane led us through the journey to get to closing and was an exceptional negotiator and absolute expert in all areas of the process.
