Diane made our dream come true. She went beyond our expectations and helped us find our home and she was very realistic and knowledgeable. She helped me stay in budget and find what I wanted.

Diane did a great job finding us a home. She was very diligent in finding us what we were looking for. I had used two agents prior and whatever I suggested or requested for a house seemed to fall on deaf ears. They came back to me with with properties that were nothing like what I was looking for. I met Diane at a property she was showing. The place was in really bad shape and although I was ok with a fixer upper, this was too far gone. Diane asked what I was looking for and offered to help me find it. She wasted no time meeting with us and also suggested a finance company to get me more money, less down payment and cheaper payments. I already had financing, but figured it couldnt hurt. She was right. I was able to get all 3 of those things and was able to increase my purchase price and still stay comfortable with my payment plan and open up several new areas that were over my price range.

Diane represented my wife and I very professionally. She worked very hard to find us our new home and even harder to sell our home. I would recommend Diane without reservation. Diane kept us informed throughout the process and responded to our questions promptly.
