Diane Keane real estate is by far the best group of agents I have ever worked with. Their attention to detail and communication is exceptional. I recently decided to sell a Florida property I owned. I interviewed several real estate agents including Ms. Keane. I decided to give the listing to Diane for 2 reasons; 1) Diane came prepared. Her presentation was very professional and her answers to every question were intelligent and concise. They showed an in depth knowledge of the local market and gave me confidence in my choice. 2) Diane's terms were better than her competition and she was flexible and willing to work with my time frame. Well, that property sale couldn't have gone more smoothly. Heidi (inside support) was in constant communication with me via texts and emails providing updates on required paper work and approvals. I never had to wait long for replies to my questions, no matter the time of day. Heidi was on it! Really excellent support. The property sold in two weeks with no surprises. Two weeks later, I decided to sell a second property and there was no question in my mind who would get the listing. Diane handled the second sale in the same professional manner.
