Diane Mayhew has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2010. She has been awarded several top producer awards with the previous franchise that she was with. Diane grew up in the Porter/Conroe area and has lived in Tarkington Prairie with her husband and family for over 21 yrs. She services all of Liberty and Montgomery counties, portions of San Jacinto, Polk, Harris, Hardin, and Chambers Counties.
Diane is very involved in her local community. She is an Ambassador in the Greater Cleveland Chamber of Commerce and very active in this chamber. She is a member of New Life Church in Kenefick (Dayton area) and is very active in her church. She enjoys hunting, fishing, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. She is also the founder and President of a non-profit ministry called Footprints For The Kingdom that supplies shoes and socks to anyone in need.

Diane's performance was outstanding! With our first attempt at purchasing land her advice saved us from a making a huge mistake. Even though it meant losing her commission she put our interests first. Never had that happen with a realtor before! With our second land buy attempt she investigated purchasing aspects we had never heard of to make sure we were doing the right thing. She guided us well during the purchasing / closing process resulting in closing a week early at the right price. Diane is far and away the best realtor we have worked with by a huge margin.
