Diann made a very difficult (purchasing and finding a home) an incredibly easy and enjoyable event! She is very compassionate about your expectations. We would definatley use her again!

We rented a property from Diann since 2012, we have faithfuly paid rent until we had a bad accident in 2019 where we sustain injuries. Diann became very unreasonable about making payments, so we offered to work on here properties because my dad is a plumber among other professions, she agreed for us to do a plumbing job that involved digging a 80 ft trench and digging 5 ft into the foundation cutting into it to repair a toilet this job values at 15,000 and up we didn't have a permit nor did the man that was rewiring the house, she urged us to finish quickly and cover it up in fear the public inspector would catch us we just knew she was going to pay us fairly and we will be able to pay up our rent for a couple of months so we and my sister and her three 3 babies arnt out on the street, upon completing the job she pays my dad 15 a hour and he had to pay me out of that in the time we were forced to complete the job we didn't even make a grand and she said pay me my rent or get out, knowing my dad my grandfather just died, and my mom his wife just died she showed no sympathy for us. she jus issued us a one day notice and forced us out in front of our neighbors and didn't even let us get all our stuff including the kids beds she locked the doors in the middle of us moving our stuff out we couldn't even get the fish now she starving them letting them die slowly, she won't let us get my dead mom's things or my dad's medication he is 56 and she said inreguards to my dead granddad and mom's things she said she has auctioneers to come and buy the stuff. she changed the locks and gave a key to the guy that hangs the confederate flag up across the street, to go thru our things at his own leisure. She has done us so horrible me and my family I advice you not to do business with this woman she is evil to say the least p.s the property we was on is a sink hole property she want tell you this but that property is 1752 lucas dr clearwater fl do not buy or rent it's falling apart, mold, rats, roaches and she knows all this has done nothing for years.

She is a monster she slowly starved our fish after she evicted us in one day sold my dead mom's and grandpa's things and threw everything else away and gave a racist neighbor across the street the key to the house that woman is a absolute monster and she will go before the judge and talk about the illegal activity the no permanent stealing from the government the thousands of dollars the no permits for wiring all of that will be put before the judge how she treated people

I went to the better business bureau on you about your fruadlant activity and stealing from the government and her employees she is a very evil monster
