Dianne Williams

I have been selling since 1978 in the same office. It started out as Real Estate Center, but many years later, we merged with Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty. We have 4 offices in Nevada County and my office is the South County office just outside of the wonderful community called Lake of the Pines. We live in this gated community with a lake, golf course, tennis courts, pool, playgrounds and clubhouse and have sold over 700 properties in this community, offering you and expert in the community. We also sell in many other areas, such as Auburn, Alta Sierra, Meadow Vista, Weimar, Colfax, Foresthill, Grass Valley, Nevada City, Peardale/Chicago Park, Penn Valley and Lake Wildwood. My husband, Terry, is also a Real Estate Broker and we work as a team, so can offer you a combined total of over 80 years of experience in all aspects of Real Estate.
