I'm posing this everywhere I can to get so people see it! Dina is amazing! She helped my husband and I (first-time homebuyers) purchase a house this summer. She was very knowledgeable about all of the areas we were looking at and was very straightforward about both the upsides and downsides for each property. She quickly understood what we were looking for and helped us to find houses that matched our needs. It was obvious that she wanted to ensure we were happy in the long-run and not just trying to sell us a house. As she said, she'd rather have clients that are happy in the long run and will use her services again. Well we've been in the house for a few months now and are so glad we choose the house we did! Dina even made the process so much easier for us by answering all of our questions (and in some cases somehow magically intuiting what we were going to ask before we asked it!) She also went to bat for us during closing when the sellers were becoming difficult, and continued to check in on us about upgrades we planned on making to the house after closing! Working with Dina was a fantastic experience and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house! We will certainly be giving her a call if we ever need to relocate!
