Real estate is a fun and interesting business to be in; it's fast paced, high adrenaline and every transaction has something different. I love it! Helping people buy or sell one of their biggest purchases in life is very exciting and rewarding. I believe that in this industry I need to provide the highest and best service possible. I work hard to guide buyers and sellers toward their goals by educating them on strategy, the market, their obligations, and potential pitfalls or benefits of any decision. It's a team effort throughout the process that leads to lifelong relationships. That's the best part - meeting all the people that in one way or another become part of my life. I'm originally from Riga, Latvia. Through the love of basketball I was fortunate to come to Colorado and play for the Buffaloes in Boulder. Once my playing career was over, coaching seemed the obvious next step. I have always liked helping people, either by coaching them to become better players or educating them to make the best possible real estate decision. I could not be happier with what I do!
