Serving the Brainerd Lakes area in central Minnesota specializing in lakeshore, land development and cabins, his sales exceeded 70 million. In 2008 Dion relocated to Las Vegas in search of better weather and no state income tax! As the real estate market had its challenges in 2008, Dion took a different career path for a few years before returning to real estate in 2020. Dion has joined his wife Heidi Hines with eXp Realty in Las Vegas.
