Dirk Knudsen

In every dealing I had with Dirk we were challenged with the toughest things. Many times I thought the transaction was doomed and he steered me through the rocky parts and used expert skills to negotiate solutions. Also he pitched in on a number of things outside real estate that proved him the best! Highly recommend- great person and broker!

Dirk has been a delight to work with. The most knowledgeable real estate professional I've ever worked with. He's thorough, conscientious, and has terrific communication skills. I highly recommend him and his services and will use him in the future.

Dirk Knudsen is the best Real Estate Agent around. He is not just any agent selling your property or helping you buy a property. He is a friend! He is like family! Dirk is one of the most knowledgeable and well connected people that I know. A man of integrity, morals and compassion. I would definitely work with Dirk again when the time comes to buy another property. Thank you so much Dirk Knudsen for not only being the best agent, but for being a great friend. You are the best! Thank you so much for everything and for the love you have showed my family and I.

Dirk is extremely professional, conscientious, and a creative negotiator. He was really great when selling our home for top dollar as well as, handling the auction to help us downsize. He has terrific communication skills and was able to find us the perfect Condo to purchase even before it was listed on the market! He is a loyal friend and we think of him as a trusted part of the family! We would definitely work with Dirk again when the time comes to buy another property. Thank you so much for everything and for the love you have shown my family!

Dirk is a consummate real estate professional. He knows the Hillsboro/Washington County area very well. We highly recommend him and his work!

Dirk is not only a great real estate agent, he is also Hillsboro/Orenco's local historian and is so knowledgeable in all aspects of property and homes in the area, from what was... to what is... and moving forward. His heart is in the community and you will see that in all that he does for his clients and for the community as a whole. I recommend him very highly, and should I need a real estate agent in the future, I would turn to him first, without question.

Dirk Knudsen has been a lifelong friend and when it comes to buying or selling a home in the area, hes the guy you want on your side. He loves his hometown and appreciates every sense of being a part of the community we all live in. Weve bought and sold homes with Dirk and hell always shoot-straight with you, will help you to decide which battles to pick, and has gone above and beyond to make the most of every deal weve done with him. We would recommend Dirk to anyone.

Dirk got us our dream home! Appreciated his deep knowledge of the area, ensuring inspections were done, and closing the deal within days of Christmas. Dirk really went up and beyond!
