I am from Southern Virginia and my family owned a retail furniture store in a small town called Brodnax, Va. Our business was built on word of mouth and referrals before the days of internet and social media. When customers purchased furniture from our store they were given the best customer service possible and educated on how quality furniture would suit their needs for a lifetime of ownership. Our customers felt important and knew they were getting a good deal, they became family to us!
