As new Atlantan's, we needed someone that really understood our needs, our likes and our dislikes. As former Bostonian's, we aren't always so easy to please. Dixon did an excellent job keeping us informed about properties in a very hot real estate market. He was great at directing us to areas and properties he knew we will like and steered us clear of others in order to not waste anyones time. He has great market insight and I always trusted he was doing right by us. Would highly recommend.

Where to start I have bought 2 houses with Dixon and recently sold 1 as well. Whether you are on day one of starting your search for a new home or near the finish line about to close, you feel like you are his only client. He is very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable of the Atlanta market. Dixon was amazing to work with in every way. He helped us buy a townhome over 2 years ago and has been showing us single family homes in a variety of neighborhoods since then. He was always super flexible in being able to show us houses on short notice and would even proactively try to tell us about homes coming on the market.
