My humble beginnings to the Tampa Bay area started back in 1991 from Myrtle Beach SC. with only a few Hundred dollars in my pocket and a place to lay my head with the dream of a better life and owning my own home. Within a few years, I have watched the Tampa Area grow progressively and what seemed like mostly farmland has developed into a major city. It has always been a dream of mine to help families achieve their dreams of becoming homeowners. As such, in the mid-1990s, I started my career in the Real Estate Industry. My first few years in the business was in the Mortgage Industry. I assisted homeowners with navigating around the banking red tape of homeownership within the first few years.
