More about Don Jones

Designated as one of Real Trend's "Best Real Estate Agents in America", consistently named to the elite top 1% of John L Scott Real Estate Agents, and multi-year "5 Star Professional Agent" award winner (an award based solely on customer satisfaction). I've been in this business since 1978 and there have been many changes. But the essential principals for success (work hard, know your business, and always treat others how you'd like to be treated) hasn't, and won't change. I'm a firm believer in specialization and market knowledgeable. Any agent can pull properties off the web, but information doesn't mean much if a broker doesn't physically view the area inventory! I think my clients deserve to be represented by a broker who makes that extra effort. My business is based mostly on referral and repeat clients and I try to give the same level of service that I'd give someone in my own family. Simply put, I care about my clients--their satisfaction is the most important thing to me.

  • Don listed and sold my home

We already chose the house before contacting Don. He helped with the final paperwork. Selling our previous home, was not what we expected. We needed some work done and he referred someone, a friend of his, who did extremely substandard work. That person threatened to sue us for not giving him extra money. We had to have the work totally redone. When the selling process began, Don passed us off to another associate, who spent little time communicating with us. We never saw Don again. We felt abandoned. The house sold to the first interested buyer. We felt it was too low , due to the disinterest of the realtors.
