This is not a management company; it's a nightmare. Donal Minihan is responsible for forcing tenants to live in a house contaminated by severe mold and freezing without functional heat. His sincerity level is zero—he is repulsive and aggressively dismissive. He flat-out stole our money by refusing to refund for the uninhabitable, life-threatening conditions. He is an unethical disgrace who must be shut down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
