Don is very unprofessional and rude. We put an offer of $55,000 over listing price on a property he had listed and didn't give us the time a day and completely ignored our agent that was representing us. It was very clear he wasn't looking to split his commission with anyone so we weren't worth his time. I wonder if his clients knew we were willing to go even more on the offer but I guess they will never know now because they accepted another offer without giving us a chance to counter. Stay away from this guy. He is very unethical.

Don was the listing agent on several homes our own realtor took us to. He was very unprofessional, did NOT present our offers to the seller, rude to our agent. He over promises and under delivers. DO NOT avail yourself of his services.

Don is the most UNETHICAL AGENT I have encountered in 40+ years of real estate business. Wont answer calls, attempting to steal clients to benefit from both sides of a deal, doesn't present information to clients that BY LAW he is required to, and uses dirty tactics. RUN from this broker/realtor! Numerous board complaints, yet he somehow is still practicing. We have been trying to work with the seller of one of his properties and he is not showing offers presented, and straight-up lying to seller he is representing by holding out to pad deal to benefit self.
