Every house I purchased (2) was through Don. Likewise with selling (1). My wife bought and then subsequently sold her first house before we were married through Don as well. Best Real Estate Agent I know. He listens and finds what you are looking for -- not just wanders through an endless supply of houses on the market. He works very hard -- this is his chosen profession, not hobby like many other agents. He is technically well versed in Real Estate law, an excellent negotiator and an agent of the highest integrity. Owning his own agency for 25(?) years speaks well of his understanding of this industry through good and bad times. One story -- when Cindy was selling her first house, we discovered after the fact that the hot water heater didn't pass inspection due to a burned out element. Don fixed it himself (not a tough job but one that at the time, I would have struggled to figure out) so the close went without a hitch. He never told us and never charged us -- just did what needed to be done to get the house closed. What other Real Estate Agent would have done that? I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone I know looking for a Real Estate Agent.
