I have moved a lot of times in my short life, and each one has been with Mr. Bell. He's never given me a reason to choose a different realtor. He is very professional, punctual, and communicative. He is very knowledgeable not just about the market, but how to effectively buy and sell whatever property you have. If you have a question, he most likely knows the answer, and if he doesn't he makes it his first priority to get that answer for you. He makes the entire process of buying and selling as stress free as possible, which I think everyone would agree is a wonderful thing. My newest purchase, a lovely farm home, was made much easier by going through it with Mr. Bell. He's always available through text, call, or email, and he really keeps on top of things. All in all, it's always a pleasure working with Mr. Bell.

The seller listed with Don Bell, and because I did not know any realtors in the city, I asked my daughter, who lives here, what shes heard about Don Bell. She said he is highly respected in the community and highly recommended him. During the purchase process, Don kept me informed during every step of the purchase and managed every detail, and because I was out of state, he calmed my nerves during the entire process. Don Bell and Rich Parthemore are the only realtors I would work with to buy or sell property. I cannot speak highly enough about both of them. They are professionals who know real estate laws inside and out, and - most importantly - they are gentlemen who are ethical and honest. When my sister recently sold her house in Ponce Inlet and moved to Port Orange, she contracted with Don Bell for both transactions. She, too, is over-the-moon with the service Don and Rich provided. What can I say other than they are the very best and Im sure youll feel the same way I do.

The pre- inspection of the home I preparation for the photographer was very helpful. The photographer selected did a fantastic job. Home listed a sold in 24 hours. Don and Richard were very reassuring during the whole process. Don was there during closing on sale of home and purchase of new home. Follow up was excellent. Couldnt be more satisfied.

As Sellers - Dons first appointment was a walk thru with information and advice on what we needed to do to be Show Ready. Upon listing our house, he was able to bring lots of showings and gave us immediate feedback on potential buyers. Don sold our home within 60 days and majority of that time was during COVID-19. Dons knowledge and experience of the market helped us during the negotiating. He attended every appointment and made closing day very easy.As Buyers We sent Don a list of homes we wanted to look at. He scheduled all the appointments and was early to all of them. Once we picked our new house Don handled all the back and forth with the sellers and was quick to inform us of any communication that was going on. Dons experience and knowledge was able to help reduce the sale price below what we thought we would settle for. He was at every appointment (inspection, appraisal, re-inspection and more) and handled every aspect of the purchase. As we were approaching closing, we ran into a few obstacles and needless to say Don took care of every issue that came up. On closing day Don was with us for the final walk thru and signing.All in all, Don spent countless hours talking us through the process. He has a keen eye when walking through properties and will always have your best interest at heart. I would 100% recommend Don Bell. He will make you a better homeowner that you were before
