Being a first time home buyer, I wanted an agent who was honest knowledgeable and someone who had my best interests in mind. Don was all of those things and more. He answered every question that I had along the way (which was a lot) and returned all of my calls and emails quickly. He was very knowledgeable in the Central Florida area, which made us a lot more comfortable when it came time to put in an offer. He went above and beyond helping my husband and I buy our first home. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy! You won't regret it!

I've worked with Don multiple times. From both purchasing and selling a home, Don knows his stuff. He's knowledgeable not only about demographics and home prices, but building construction, short sales/foreclosures, and various loan options. Don is great. He helped me find my current home. He always responded fast to my inquiries and handled all the negotiations. He was telling me the pros and cons for each property but he never pushed me towards a specific decision, He is very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods of Orlando (downtown and college park in my case). Thank to his recommendations I was able to get a really good deal on the price and contract terms. I definitely recommend him.

Don made an offer for us on the house we had selected in a nearby neighborhood on 3/30/18. It was accepted on 4/2/18 and he helped us get our home on the market 4/7/18. In two days we had 13 showings thanks to his amazing internet marketing strategies and the excellent work done by his photographer. By the third day we had five offers on our home, all above the listing price. He helped us select the best one.
