Donell earned her CA Real Estate License in 2006 and entered one of the hardest real estate markets during the Great Recession of 2007. She established herself as a customer service orientated Realtor in the distressed economy, helping many homeowners through difficult times, balancing the emotional stress and business aspects of short sale negotiation. In 2012, Donell earned her Real Estate Broker's license and set out to create a company that exemplifies the standard of "Clients First."
