As a lender for 30 years, I have seen a lot of Realtors and different definitions of service. Donna's attention to detail with her customer's needs is only surpassed by her effort to overcome obstacles. I recently witnessed her efforts on behalf of a buyer that was not less than 100% dedication. The selling Realtor and attorney were awful, hard to get a hold of at best, unresponsive oftentimes and could not even come to closing with accurate documents.
