Since I was also interested in waterfront, I contacted her. I found her to be extremely, professional, and completely knowledgeable regarding both Township and FEMA requirements. She also knew how to determine which houses were going to need to be raised, and explained the reason why, which ensured that we did not make a huge mistake and purchase something that would need to be raised. Then she put me in touch with a very experienced, knowledgeable, and reputable flood insurance agent, which enabled me to keep the costs down on the flood insurance, which was a very important issue for me.
