My family and I had to move down to Niceville, FL from Knoxville, TN and we were on a tight time line. Donna was recommended to us by Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace, and we are very grateful for her help in finding a new home. Our communication was through phone calls, texts and emails and when we met up it was to see the properties, and then Hurricane Michael struck. But in spite of the natural disaster, Donna was still able to help us find the right property, and secure it for us. She is a local that will have recommendations for almost everything (if not she will ask it for you) , knowledgeable in the structural aspect, will think and take care of your investment decision, professional but warm, and will help you curtail the stress in the whole process of house buying.
