Jed and Donna made house buying fun. We originally contacted a different realty company with many agents and we had very little interaction with them. They didnt seem interested in helping us. We meet Jed and Donna by chance at an open house and it was nice to see that they showed interest and were eager to help. Jed and Donna cared about what we were looking for and helped in every possible way. They were there to protect our interest. These are two of the hardest-working people I know. Figuratively speaking, they were Johnny on the spot. They went above and beyond by not only helping us buy a house but also answering questions on a house we were selling (which they werent making a profit from). They were with us from day one looking at houses to the last day at closing. Even now they are still willing to lend a hand after the fact. It was a pleasure working with Jed and Donna/Remax. I wont hesitate to recommend Remax and Jed and Donna as agents.

I am not embellishing when I say that Donna was a blessing to us. We were introduced to her because she was the realtor of a property/land that we were interested in and that was for sale. We felt such an immediate connection with Donna that we not only had her sell our home, but also purchase our new home.
