So I take referring someone serious as I feel I am putting my name behind it and I know I will get a call if it doesn't go right.With that being said I would highly recommend Donna Peacock with Conway Real Estate for anyone that has need of a great realtor.From day one her and her team took the time to meet with us and go over the process, our expectations, and what reality looked like for this sale. She brought in different looks to give us an idea of value and what we could do to make this go as hoped. The bulk of her time was spent prepping for the listing so that we would start strong on day one.She did an Open House the very first day and by day two we had multiple offers, she communicated immediately our options and let us take our time in decision making process. Offer two was accepted due to terms and close date was set for 12/10 and here we are on 12/6 house has closed we received our price and couldn't be happier with the whole process.
