I used zillow when home shopping and was contacted by Donna, there was no prior contact between us until then. Anyway, my loan has had multiple issues (on bank end and inspections). Donna has gone above and beyond to handle things to keep the loan moving forward, including finding contractors to fix the sellers property. I would recommend her to anyone i know who is trying to get a new home.
