Donna is a miracle worker!! My parents recently had to move to an assisted living facility and listed their home with Donna. She found a buyer for our asking price in a matter of weeks. Unfortunately a clerical error made by my mothers mortgage company in 2009 threatened to make their home practically unsellable and they were in no hurry to fix it. Donna spent countless hours every single day on the phone, sending emails, working every angle to get the mortgage company to admit to and rectify their mistake all while keeping the buyer appeased throughout the delay. She also managed to coordinate with my parents assisted living facility to complete the closing in April during this unprecedented pandemic shutdown. Donna is a true professional. She has a wonderful network of vendors that handled so many things from the inspections to the surveys to repairs. All were top notch, timely, and reasonably priced. The title company she uses went above and beyond-standing outside moms patio wearing masks and working with the assisted living staff to get signatures. I would absolutely recommend Donna to anyone looking to buy or sell a home especially during this time of change to business as usual. Her tenacity and ability to problem solve turned what could have been a sellers nightmare into a happy home sale.

After reading several reviews on realtors in Florida, I came across Donna's name. Due to all of the positive reviews, I decided to give her a call. Initially, I got her voicemail. She responded quickly. We talked on the phone. I liked the way she explained things to me. We live over 600 miles away. We set a date to drive down to look at some properties she lined up for us. She found some great properties in our price range. We spent two days looking at different units and found what we wanted. Donna helped us put in an offer that same day. I made contact with Donna for the purposes of locating a long-term tenant for a newly renovated home I purchased. She is SUCH a good communicator. Reviewed every detail to make sure we were in full agreement with terms of agreements (both ours and the lease) Made sure all parties understood terms of agreements so the relationship got off on good, honest footing. Better yet, she responded very quickly to my texts and calls, 7 days a week. Took photos, advertised the property and showed it 3 times within 5 days. We had a QUALIFIED, pleasant tenant moving in within 10 days. I couldn't be more pleased with Donna's professionalism. Also, I knew going into it that I was asking about $200 more per month in rent but we both felt we should give it a try as I had just renovated. She got us the rent I desired.
