Donnell Williams Jr. is the Broker-Owner of DMV Prime Properties, an independent boutique brokerage in Fort Washington, Maryland, serving buyers and sellers in Prince George's County, Charles County, Washington DC, and Virginia. He is licensed in Maryland, DC, and Virginia and has worked in DMV real estate for more than 20 years.
Donnell started in 2000 as a high school summer intern at Asset Realty in Prince George's County. He returned after college as a licensed assistant and helped build the brokerage's REO department. Today he works with first-time homebuyers, move-up sellers, new construction buyers, and NACA buyers. He also invests in and flips properties, which gives his clients an investor's view of value.
