I was searching for a home in the Ft. Worth area, but I live out-of-state. Using on-line sources, I thought I knew where I wanted to live. On my first contact with Donnie, he asked me questions, that soon proved I was way off in my research. Donnie met with us exactly at the date and time we selected - which was a hugh deal for us, since we were coming in from out of town to look at homes. Even though it was the weekend before Christmas, he gave us all the time we asked for and even sat down to eat lunch with us, when he could of easily excused himself. He followed up with me after our selection by phone and email, keeping me updated. He worked with the lender, the buyers agent, title company and even helped us set up our utilities. I can't really describe the benefit, from having the professional lookout for my interests. In my sincere opinion, if you have Donnie and Reata Reality on your side, it's going to work out.

Another realtor was supposed to show us properties on a Friday afternoon but they claimed they could not get appointments at the properties we were interested in. Because my wife and I had taken the afternoon off we called Donnie at random, explained the situation to him, and an hour later we were looking at the properties we were interested in. It took a several months to find what we wanted and Donnie was great the entire time. He showed us property after property, was always upbeat and positive, never tried to talk us into anything and always gave great advice - advice based on what was best for us not based on his commission. I would, with no reservations, highly recommend Donnie and will encourage anyone I know to use him when they have a need. He is a true professional and we enjoyed working with he and his wife.

Donnie is laid back, friendly and efficient! We purchased our home with him and not only did he line out inspections, but has come through with recommendations to help get our home in tip top shape! We originally listed our home with another real estate agent who ended up moving away and Donnie stepped in and took over for us. Donnie knew the facts about current sales in the area. There was a case of current renters in the house and he knew how to handle the lease with the buyers. We always had up to date information on the status of the contract and negotiations. There was hostility between the seller and the buyer and he was able to keep the situation calm through the entire process.
