Thank you for all you’ve done to facilitate the sale of the property! You went over and beyond what was needed and were so helpful throughout the whole thing, especially since we were out of state. We haven't had an agent that that is does is much as you did to make sure that a transaction is smooth and that everyone is happy and that everything is moving along. You took care of last-minute roofing repairs when the storm blew in, along with taking care of HOA landscaping issues. You kept the communication very transparent and timely which helped everything that needed to be done in a timely manner. Despite all the hiccups that could have caused significant delays you always found a way to ensure that the problems were solved in a timely and effective manner which led to a smooth closing that was on schedule for everyone.
