Doralina was very helpful in guiding us with the selling of our house. She told us the advantages and the disadvantages of selling our house. She was completely honest with us on the shortcomings of the house. She provided advice on how to correct those shortcomings along with the name of a construction company to address our concerns. She communicated with the construction company the work which needed to be done. She ensured all promised work was being addressed and performed in a timely manner. She acted as our liaison for the house inspections and the numerous transfers which had to be done when selling a house. and most of all she answered all of my husband's and mine dumb questions with an abundant amount of patience.
