Our both closings happened within a month! She responds to calls/texts right away, she kept an eye on each step of the process. She gave us advise to the current market trends/prices, preparing apartment for sale, recommended our lawyer, home inspector, mortgage corporation - at first it did not seam significant, but later we understood why she recommended those people: they work fast and efficient, we never had a delay because of any of them and we got the best rates possible (yes, we did get a couple of other quotes in other banks to compare)! Doreen loves her job and is really super experienced and very proactive. Now we see our friends buying their home in nearby Connecticut and struggling to sell their apartment going with a realtor who is unavailable half of the time and going through getting mortgage pre-approval with a big bank where our friends had to call daily to get the process moving and having to submit more and more papers.... They are still struggling to sell their apartment months after they bought a house (and they started their process much earlier than we did). Really what a difference having a good agent makes!

We met with her once, and we saw a few houses. Soonafter, we saw a listing for a house that we knew we wanted, and Doreen helped use facilitate it as quickly as possible. She helped use get an attorney for closing. She advised us on mortgages. We bought a foreclosure and from the day we submitted out initial forms to the closing, it took maybe a month, 5 weeks max.Doreen was above and beyond the best realtor that we encountered. She listened to us about wanting to raise our child in a safe neighborhood with good schools. She understood our budget limitations and did not try to push us into houses that would have hurt our pockets, or show use areas that were in our budget but in bad neighborhoods. She was a real person who listened to our wants, needs, and concerns. I cannot stress the sincerity and humanity of Doreen.
