- Doss and I connected, but did no business
Dealt with Doss through my real estate agent (I was buying, Doss was selling). We negotiated back and forth twice and I accepted Doss' and the seller's counter-offer. After signing and submitting the contract, I was notified that Doss had other offers on the table and would explore them, even after verbal contract of a sale and papers submitted. I would recommend being VERY careful in any dealings with Doss as it is clear that when it's about her word, she couldn't care less.
