We were extremely pleased with Dot Van Dyke when we worked with her. It has been 6 years since we bought our house through her. She made sure that we were prequalified before she showed us several homes. She clearly understood our primary "must haves" criteria in a home & limited our selection to homes meeting those criteria. She actively worked us through the negotiations, purchase, & closing.

Dot has helped us personally and we then referred one of our daughters due to the excellent service we received. Dot and Julie helped guide our daughter through buying her first home. Patience was definitely a virtue that they obtain. We also referred our parents to list their home with Dot and Julie.
