Hi Doug! We deeply apologize for the long wait. It has been a WHIRLWIND since we moved into our home in April. We have been working on landscaping, fencing, and getting our house together for the holidays. We even recently added a puppy to the mix so we have had our hands full. We just wanted to thank you so much for everything you did for us and your generosity around the holidays this year! The BBQ sauce, the Pumpkin Pie, ETC. You and your team are so incredibly thoughtful and it means the world to us. Thank you for making the home buying/selling process a breeze. What drew us to you most in the beginning was how unassuming you were and that you never pushed us to make decisions. We appreciate you not presuming what we could afford for our age and taking us seriously. We know there aren't many under 30's purchasing a brand new build in Parker, so thank you for taking us seriously. You and your team really thought of everything, down to even providing boxes, tape, and markers to help us pack up. The pictures of our home were so professional, they looked so good we almost considered staying for a second! Thank you for never making us wait too long to hear back on any updates and what was going on on our end and the buyers end.
