We sold two homes in the past year with Doug as agent and could not be happier. I've known Doug for many years and would trust him to always do the right thing and advise well on how to buy and sell a home. Before this year, we've also worked with Doug on a number of projects and his local knowledge just cannot be beat for finding and negotiating both on the buyer and seller ends of things. 100% recommend without any hesitation.
Doug was eager to engage, reaching out quickly after I asked for assistance with a relocation specialist. He provided a link to his comprehensive website that allowed us to search through different areas around Howard County and look at the neighborhoods to see what was available at our price point. By doing this, we were able to begin the process of homing in on the features we were looking for. We allocated two days for house hunting, and he was very responsive in providing us a plan to look at the homes we had liked, plus a few others he thought provided the features we were looking for. Our new home was a late addition to the line up, but knocked it out of the park as far as meeting our needs and wants. Doug was a huge help in moving through the purchasing process, and he OT his staff were always available to answer any questions or address any issues.
