I was a first time homebuyer and Doug was amazing throughout the entire process. He was very thorough in every property we looked at and his knowledge, intuition, and dedication to helping shone through in every interaction. He was always responsive and got back to me very quickly with any questions or concerns I had. All in all, he was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone needing an agent.

6/15/20 This was my first time purchasing a home. Doug is super knowledgeable about all the areas we looked in and helped me find the best decision and perfect fit for me! He took into account all of the things I was looking for in a place and always got back to me very quickly. His very flexible schedule and willingness to provide professional insight helped me feel confident throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend.

3/18/20 Doug was a super fit for us. We were very anxious about making a decision and visited a bunch of houses the first few weeks, kept some on our shortlist, visited more, watched some of our shortlist go under contract. Doug stayed consistently open to seeing more properties, revisiting our shortlists, smoothly adjusted when we shifted our geographic area, and was wonderfully calming during what was for us, a high-anxiety time. There was no pressure, every property was thoroughly considered. After nearly 3 months, we chose a home that we had seen near the beginning of our search, and he worked with the sellers agent to support the seller into feeling they got what they needed and getting us a home we could move into immediately and start making it our own. We have 3 kids and needed to consider their needs in terms of location and space, and location for our jobs, and location/space for work/life balance. We're happy in our home, we're happy with our neighbors and the 'hood. It's a process, and Doug's professionalism and experience kept us involved and optimistic. 2/25/20 Doug is an absolute professional with expert knowledge of the Colorado real estate market. Not only is he the best at what he does, his network of bankers, inspectors, insurance providers, home service providers, etc. is top notch. Doug made the entire home buying experience simple and stress-free. He was very clearly out for our best interests from day one. Beyond handling all the heavy lifting and always being responsive and helpful, Doug is an absolute joy to work with. We have learned so much from him and appreciate all the hard work he put in for us to help us find the right home and get it closed very quickly and easily.

2/13/20 We, once again, had the pleasure of working with Doug on another property investment. This time, we listed a renovation that had too many great features to count. He tirelessly worked up feature placards, which pointed out updates and special features! Doug always represents himself very professionally and he genuinely cares. Once under contract, he addressed the Buyers' concerns and helped carry everyone to a successful close!

5/31/19 Doug's sales approach not only put me at ease, but provided great support and education as I went through the new construction selection process. Superlative communication, responsive, engaged and empathetic. All great sales qualities that ultimately delivered a wonderful experience (and home) for me. My real estate needs had a few added layers of stress since I was relocating from out of state, but Doug's engagement with all parties (lenders, builders, title company, seller agents, property management personnel, etc.) exemplified the value of partnering with a trustworthy agent.
