Douglas Grosso

Douglas grew up in Connecticut, but he moved to South Florida in 1997 to obtain his undergraduate degree and his master’s degree in Business Administration. Douglas began his real estate career in 2002 and then obtained his mortgage and real estate broker licenses in 2006 while attending graduate school. In 2007, Douglas moved to Sarasota. Douglas has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate. His background includes working as a licensed mortgage broker/loan originator, a commercial loan production manager, and also as a small business banker with a large regional bank in Sarasota. Douglas is familiar with all aspects of a real estate transaction, from identifying the perfect propert, to obtaining conventional or alternative financing to navigating due diligence to investing for return.
