Drew Robustelli is a consummate professional, that assisted my family in selling our home. He is the most knowledgeable RE professional hands down, especially in Monmouth County and Meadow Creek. At every turn he was there walking us through a complicated sales process due to the fact that we owned the property in a trust. He generated multiple offers that got us closed well within the window we wanted and within the price range our family set at the onset. IF you are thinking about going the FSBO route in Meadow Creek, DONT. I spoke to Drew beforehand letting him know we were going to try to sell it on our own. He went out of his way to give us pointers and the result was overwhelming, hundreds of calls from realtors wanting to get the listing with mystery clients that never materialized. Maybe of 300+ calls, 2 were from non-realtors. After 2 weeks, I called Drew back, told him he had the listing and from that point forward he was on fire. Within 24 hours a professional photographer was in our house taking photos (put to shame my personal photos shot with an iPhone) and it was also previewed on his website/FB page within hours of his photographer leaving our house. Instantly, we had a continuous flow of activity, with qualified buyers, our issue was a lack of a basement. That said we stuck with Drew's process and found the right buyer, keeping us on time for the closing of our purchase. As we entertained each offer, he provided us meaningful and objective advice. we NEVER felt any pressure to accept an offer. He carefully broke down each with the pros/cons, risk benefits of each. I can't stress enough how professional and attentive Drew was throughout the process. Communication was constant and if we asked Drew to jump, his immediate response was ask how high. Not sure I will have any other real estate transactions in my life soon, but if I do I am calling Drew, regardless of whether it is in Monmouth County/Meadow Creek or not.

I never thought the words easy and relaxing would be associated with selling a house. Working with Drew Robustelli has been just that!
