Dustin is one of those truly good people. In a business where many people put on a show to get your business, Dustin is one who is genuine, honest, and truly caring. In addition to his character, he is the consummate professional. He is knowledge, patient, and hard nosed when appropriate. Below is my story. I sold my home in an area of Rancho Cucamonga where there are big name popular realtors. I wanted to get full value from my property, and I felt someone with a large network would best fit my needs. My wife talked me into taking a meeting with Dustin hear him out since she knew him through a friend. Dustin arrived with a comprehensive strategy! He displayed his knowledge of the local area, and a detailed, well thought out plan to meet my goals for selling my property. I appreciated his preparation for the meeting, but more importantly, I felt Dustin was someone I could trust and rely on to deliver what he told me. The rest of my experience was no different. He went above and beyond the expectations set, and I am so glad I had the opportunity to work with him. I referred him to my mother, who is elderly and not an easy person to navigate! Her situation was also complex, and she needed a lot of guidance. Honestly I was surprised he worked patiently with her for months to help her out. Dustin's patience and professionalism really shined through! Dustin is the real estate agent that all agents should aspire to be.
