Dustin Merritt

Dustin absolutely crushed it for us. He helped us buy a new home and sell our existing home. When looking for a new home, he was flexible and quick to get us in. He pointed out details we would never have noticed. He provided my wife with design feedback I would not have been able to give. He advised us on the negotiations, and introduced us to a great lender. The process was much easier than I anticipated. On the selling side he was all over everything. We needed to do a lot of work to the house and he was able to bring in his own contractors to get things ready for a great price. He brought in a cleaning crew and also cleaned our house himself! He also staged the house. There were many contractors in and out and he managed every aspect of it. Including finding cheaper ways to get things repaired by ordering them online, etc. We could have been on the other side of the country we were so uninvolved. I definitely recommend Dustin and will no doubt use him again when the time comes.
