We had a great experience with the Brock Team. They worked around our schedules, listened to our needs and tried to find homes which contained the things on our wishlist. They were essential to helping us find our dream home.

My husband and I were clueless first time home buyers when we found Dusty from The Brockteam in January 2016. We knew nothing about the home buying process but Dusty held our hand through the entire process. She answered every question we had and was super responsive every time we contacted her. When we were actually looking at houses she was very insightful about the properties and what to look for and pointed out good and bad things about every property. Once we found a house she even stayed in contact with our lender to make sure everything went smooth with our loan while we worked out the details with the seller and moved toward closing. I had such a great experience with The Brock Team! Dusty was recommended to my husband and me by a trusted friend as we began to navigate the waters of purchasing our first home. I was initially nervous about using a Realtor from the south side in my search for a home in Cobb County -- but Dusty, and her partner Stacy didn't let a few dozen miles stand in the way!! They worked around our tight schedule that left us with one day a week to see property -- Sunday. When we viewed property, Dusty and Stacy helped us find the positive and negative in each home. I appreciated that they weren't trying to "over-sell" everything we saw. Selling my house was stress free with The Brock Team. Although I was hesitant intitially to start the process of selling I contacted Brian for some advise. He came out did an evaluation on the property, gave me his thoughts and put my mind at ease. Seemed like the entire experience was seamless. Brian used a professional photographer who used a drone to present my house in a way that I never imagined. Offers were rolling in ! Fast ! Brian was by my side the entire process, although it was a short process, he presented me with every offer he generated and did so buy comparing each offer against the other so that I understood exactly what was involved. I cannot say enough about Brian and the Brock team. Ive never sold a house before so I was worried. My house sold at the price that I asked. My house was only on the market For 2 weeks before I had a great offer. We closed Dec 22.( which was more than a month earlier than expected.
