Dwight helped us to find literally the home of our dreams. The first thing he did was set us up with the Re-max property search webpage. This was unbelievably helpful and addictive. In what seemed like a very short time, he found the perfect home for us. There were two areas I found Dwight to be particularly helpful in. First is he knows houses. He knows what to look for in how the home has been maintained and possible future problem areas. He is honest and will tell you the truth and will not try to sell you something that is not right for you. The second area was in contracts and negotiations. Time is of the essence in real estate and he was always right on anything we needed. He was very attentive to details. Dwight is truly an excellent realtor.
