Dylan was amazingly helpful with the process of buying our home. He worked with us to understand what we were looking for, and pointed out quite a few concerns that we didn't even think about at first. At first, my wife and I weren't even going to look at the home we bought. Dylan drove out to the place, saw that the listing photos didn't do the place justice, and gave us a call to tell us we shouldn't pass it up. One of the homes were were interested in had an issue with road noise. Dylan did the research to figure out whether a change of windows would be able to fix the problem and how much that would cost. The sellers of that house were willing to reduce the asking price by that amount (but then someone else came along who liked the house more than we did). When we were in the process of closing, the sellers had an issue where they were under quarantine and couldn't sit down with a notary. Dylan was able to spearhead the resolution to the problem, which involved a few more forms to sign, and from what I could tell, a lot of phone calls on his part. Dylan was extremely quick with all of his communication. He let us know immediately after he obtained information from listing agents or the mortgage company. He knew his stuff when it came to the houses available and the kind of competition out there for those houses. Buying a house is a painful process, but Dylan made it go smoothly.

I highly recommend Dylan. He is extremely responsive (even after hours and while on vacation!). He was so helpful to push through the process when there were delays with the lender.

Dylan was our realtor for a 1031 Exchange process (sale of rental property to buy another without taking the funds directly).
