- Earl listed, but didn't sell, my home
Very unprofessional! He didn’t follow up on taking pictures of my home, printing a flyer or listing it on Zillow or any other nation-wide listing service. He told me I couldn’t sell my home over a certain amount and I wound up selling it for 100,000 more than what Mr. Lincoln listed it at. I terminated our contract and went with another agency who actually staged my home, had a professional photographer take pictures, had a professional sales flyer put together and listed my home on Zillow and the other internet listing sites. As I mentioned earlier, the new agent list it for 95,000 more and I ended up getting 100,000 above what Mr. Lincoln listed the home for!!
