This guy cost me some serious money on both sides of the transaction. When representing me as a buyer he didn't request all the necessary inspections for the area. This resulted in the in ground ducts and sewer not being scoped. Turns out that the ducts in slab houses in Albuquerque are known to everyone but Ed Cohen as problematic. Now on the sales end we know, because we get to repair them before someone will purchase the house. We had him as a listing agent for a period of time before we recognized his poor skills. He was totally incompetent when it came to marketing and has limited written communication skills. If your house isn't getting marketed through virtual walk through tours, other forms of internet marketing and clean brochures you're going to have a heck of a time selling your house. Run, don't walk, from this guy, he'll cost you a lot of money.
