Eddie Bodkin

I am not really good at explain things online, I can speak better than type. Mr. Bodkin was very respectful of all my wishes and found me the right person for my home. He worked with me all the way. Thank You

I had been shopping for the right property for a long time. When it finally came, Eddie was right there to make the purchase super easy. He dealt really well with the concerns of the seller, and helped me purchase the property with ease.

[ link omitted ], I find him forward thinking & always putting his clients first. Im delighted to recommend Eddie Bodkin!

Very knowledgeable on estimated repair costs, home value, and closing info. He helped show me comparables in my neighborhood, which gave me the peace of mind I wasn't paying too much for the home. He also answered all my questions after the inspection to let me know which repairs should be done and how to present that to the seller. The negotiation process was smooth, and we had our offer accepted in 1 day thanks to him. Helped me find the perfect home!

We had a hard time finding what we wanted and needed on our budget on our own. Eddie Bodkin was able to find a home quickly and exactly what we were looking for. He answered all of our questions, and helped us through the entire process.
