"Eddie Meese was outstanding in every aspect of our real estate experience. (It was the 5th home we've purchased using a realtor). Before listing our Virginia home, we made a recon visit to Vegas in Aug 2017, at which time we picked Eddie as our agent. He was very attentive to our must haves (1/2 acre, pool, 3-4 bedroom, view of the strip) price ($350K-$450K), and location (close to Nellis AFB). He showed us houses matching our checklist and other options to consider, providing broader choices in the Las Vegas valley. He kept us updated on new listings over the next 3 months while we sold our Virginia home. We went house shopping with Eddie in earnest on 2 Jan 2018. We made an offer on a checklist dream home on 03 Jan, and accepted the seller's counter the same day, which was facilitated by Eddie setting up electronic signatures and web documents. Over the next week Eddie set-up the appraisal and home inspection. He also worked closely with our lender to ensure all was in order. The house closed on 09 February. The previous owners remained in the home in a rent back arrangement until 18 Feb at which time Eddie met with us the final time as we accepted the keys to our new home!
